Consultation/ Private Sessions Information and Policy

A waiver, registration and behavior history form must be completed. 

Pre-Paid sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase.

Consultations are 75 – 90 long and regular sessions are 60 minutes

Cancellation/Refund Policies

• Please allow us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled consultation will be forfeited unless there are extenuating circumstances, please contact your trainer. Cancellations made with 48 hours notice will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Please note that there is usually a 3-week wait to book a session.

• All sales of training packages are final. Please note that the full package must be used within 1 year of the date of purchase or it is forfeited.

Bite History

If your dog has a bite history, you must disclose this on the registration form. The dog may be required to wear a muzzle for all training. If your dog is not yet muzzle trained, it will be offered to you as one of your sessions. If I feel there is a risk to the trainer or the public, I reserve the right to suspend the services until reasonable arrangements have been made to ensure everyone’s safety.
